UPDATE: Hey as many of you have noticed, these links, along with many others on this site, are dead. Unfortunately Mediafire banned my account for uploading a shitty remix that was reported by the label. Sorry about that! I’ll be looking into new ways to share but, in the meantime, I’ll be posting away daily to the Facebook Page!
As per request, I thought I’d drop a “quick” (massive) post on all you that have stuck around this long with no updates on my part. It’s the Pack of Tune Vol. 2! I simply made a playlist with some of my favorite, and a few random, tracks added in the past couple months (so yes, there is a Gotye remix in there) but I tried to skip on various songs that I’m certain everyone has by now. Still, I’m sure you all have at least one of these tracks already. Leave any comments / feedback below and Happy listening! ♫♪
So I haven’t posted in a while, been focusing mainly on updating the Facebook page (and school). However, I’ve been adding to a small(ish) playlist over the past few weeks that’s become pretty awesome. You may/probably have a couple of these, but they all play nice together and cover a good variety of genres. Download and enjoy!
So some friends and I went to a house party pretty late last night and after a little while I sat comfortably down at their computer we put on some tunes and quickly shifted the tiring scene into a rave-dance party! While I was going through some of the trance posts on here, I downloaded this track but it turned out to be the wrong version (the original mix, that is). So, here’s the remixed version that I meant to post – it’s one of my favorite trance songs!
Heatbeat dropped a new track on A State Of Trance 523, not their typical sound but I’m loving the mixture of piano, vocal chops and of course heavy electro grind! This is a cut from the ASOT mix so be on the lookout for the official release in the coming weeks.
Skylar Grey’s “Invisible” is exactly the type of track I’d see Kaskade remixing. I was, however, taken back by the direction (style) he chose to take off with – in fact I kinda overlooked it at first cause I didn’t really like it as I’ve come to always expect a certain kind of happy-house tune from Kaskade. However, this one’s a unique journey through sound, not to mention lyrically emotional, with a big change up around 2:00 in when it switches up a bit from the heavy electro back to Kaskade’s typical house sound.
“[Skrillex] took the very chill track ‘Love in Motion’, by SebastiAn ft. Mayer Hawthorne, and turned into an amazing remix. It starts off with a chilled out dubstep vibe, sounding unlike most of the Skrillex tracks out. Then it starts to buildup, and eventually drops to that signature all over the place bass explosion sound with some of the high pitched Moombahton noises.”
Gareth Emery teamed up with Ashley Wallbridge to bring us his greatest track since his collab with Above & Beyond, “On A Good Day (Metropolis)” (a personal favorite). Check out their music video – I’d probably do the same for that Porsche…

Pretty slick remix of The Chemical Brothers, “Hey Boy Hey Girl” that just released by Far Too Loud. Pretty edgy with a great pounding bassline and electrified wobbles! (Hit the downward arrow in the player for the download)
Yuksek just dropped a pretty sweet, heavy electro beat with sort of a discoflare to it.
Sometimes I just want to post a track out of my personal taste that doesn’t really fit the “scene” that I’ve come to expect that hits up this site. Whatever though – take a listen, download or don’t. I love a good feel good pop song like this (amazing chorus, especially the last minute). Very different (nasally) vocals – weird even. I love it! √+
